My Family

My wife and I just celebrated 6 years of marriage. It seems like yesterday when I flew to Haiti and asked her dad for her hand in marriage. Jimna and I met in 2013. A good friend of ours, Raphael Perez, insisted that we meet. I was a part of a huge worship concert in Pedenalez, D.R. and Jimna was suppose to have attended the concert and perform.

In case some of you didn't know, my wife has sung professionally on other artist projects a lot in Haiti, because God has gifted her with the most beautiful voice. She has led worship throughout Haiti and Dominican Republic way before we met.

Well back to the story. She was delayed in making it to the concert and arrived a day after I had left back for the U.S. Raphael was determined that we meet so he called me on Skype and said, "Brother Chris, I want you to meet somebody." Next thing I know, this beautiful, sweet, Haitian woman comes to the computer, with the most wonderful accent and says, "Hello". People don't believe me when I say it was love at first sight for me. I wouldn't tell her that for several months but I just knew and prayed that somehow some way God would bring us together for the rest of our lives.

If I gave you the full story I would be typing this blog for several days. lol. I thank God for HIS mighty hand in our lives, bringing us together. Its been the greatest thing to ever happen to me outside of salvation. Since then, God has blessed us with 2 wonderful children. Yahtai 3 and Yafeh 2. We are excited to announced that we will be welcoming a little girl to the Williams family this month in October. When I look back at the details of my life journey, it is riddled with miracle after miracle. Thanking God for Raphael and for his consistent nagging, for me to meet Jimna. God is sooo good

When I tell you I fell in love with my wife the first time I layed my eyes on her, I couldn't be more truthful. I truly believe I was seeing and hearing fireworks! lol.... Jimna and I hit it off from day 1. We spent a whole day, instead of talking, just singing to each other. I've been happy and counting my blessings since we met.

Literally the best day of my life next to my salvation in Christ! I married my friend, my soulmate, the woman I still feel like I'm dreaming every time I see her, 6 years later. I certainly don't deserve her. The Most High God's face is certainly shinning on me. (That's My wife's, beautiful mom directly behind us.)

God has truly blessed us with two beautiful kids! Yahtai, is our 3 year old princess who is constantly singing and talking, lol. She is sweet, caring, loves to laugh and make our day. She's also doing a GREAT job of being a big sister to her little brother. Thank you dear Jesus for blessing us with this gift!

Yafeh, who just made 2 this October, is our little prophet. He has surpassed the whole family in the most Hallelujahs in a day, lol! Yafeh also loves to sing. My little man has soo much energy, we can't keep up with him. He is a great joy and a lot of fun to be around. He loves anything soft. He loves his blanket and don't leave a fuzzy teddy bear laying around because you won't get it back. Thank you Most High God for these blessings!

We are excited to announce that we will be soon parents of 3. This month of October we will be welcoming a little princess to the Williams tribe. We are excited and can't wait to meet her. Please continue to pray for my wife and her pregnancy that God will keep both healthy. God is good!
